    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Central & Western" piece briefly reporting that Pharmaceutical Care Management has filed a suit to stop the implementation of a bill sponsored by state Senate Majority Leader Sharon Treat that requires pharmaceutical benefits managers (PBMs) to disclose the details of their arrangements with drug manufacturers and retailers. Treat and Attorney General G. Steven Rowe of Maine say the law is a groundbreaking attempt to shed light on the PBMs financial practices.
