Abstract

"Business Maine: Central & Western" piece briefly reporting that the city of Lewiston has unveiled plans for a $20 million redevelopment plan for the lower Lisbon Street area, the first stage in a plan to create a revived "gateway" for the city. Plans call for the construction of three new office buildings, anchored by tenants Oxford Networks and Northeast Bank. Other improvements include new sidewalks, underground utilities, and a parking garage. Construction could be completed by the end of 2004.
