    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Southern" piece reporting that L.L. Bean has plans to open up to five new retail stores in 2006, as part of the company's effort to spread its revenues more evenly between catalog, retail and Internet sales. The expansion plan calls for three to five stores concentrated in the mid-Atlantic region.
