    Abstract

"Business Maine: Southern" piece reporting that dietary supplement maker Vital Basics Inc., based in Portland, recently agreed to pay $1 million to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to settle charges that its infomercials made false claims about its products, specifically that its Focus Factor product would improve memory and concentration and that its V-Factor would improve men's sexual performance.
