Abstract

"Business Maine" profile of Neal Workman, founder of the sea salt company Atlantic Saltworks of Maine and new CEO of Portland-based travel agency Hurley Travel Experts. Founder Pam Hurley-Moser will stay on to focus on working with customers, while Workman will help the company expand. In December, Workman sold the saltworks to his plant manager Clayton Lank, in part because of the long commute from his Kennebunk home to the Lubec plant. Workman also founded the Portland-based seafood industry credit reporting agency, Seafax, and the online marketplace, Gofish.
