Abstract
Biddeford native and chef Michael Gagne, of the well-respected Robinhood Free Meetinghouse, wants to develop a specialty food product line in order to keep his workers employed in the off-season. In an effort to increase the production and distribution of his frozen 72-layer cream cheese biscuits, he recently landed a deal with specialty-food giant Williams-Sonoma. His challenge is timing a $500,000 move to an off-site facility with the necessary increase in orders to support the new site.
