Abstract

"BRAC Watch" piece reporting that supporters of Maine facilities marked for closure have been making a final case before the Base Realignment and Closure Commission in Washington. Sen. Olympia Snowe, R-Maine, has expressed her discontent over the closure list by blocking the Senate's approval of Gordon England as deputy secretary of defense.
