Abstract

"Business Maine: Statewide" piece reporting that two University of Maine trustees recently resigned following passage of a law that requires the Legislature to approve any change in the university's structure. Wickham Skinner and Donald McDowell resigned to protest the legislation, which blocks the proposed merger between the University of Maine at Augusta and the University of Southern Maine.
