MaineGeneral Health recently signed a 10-year lease under which the health care provider will operate three businesses in 20,000 sq. ft. of the mill. Louis Carrier, of of the commerce center's owners, believes other tenants will follow, possibly state government offices. With additional comments by Cornell Knight, town manager; and John Butera, executive director of the Central Maine Growth Council.
