Abstract
The future of W. L. Blake plumbing supply company's third warehouse is yet to be determined. New owners Art Girard and Mike Scarks bought the warehouse on Franklin Street in Portland for its historic and structural value. It was built around 1862 and survived Portland's famous fire five years later. Girard and Scarks plan to bring it back to life with new tenants.
