Abstract

The new site of the Portland Flower Show, in the Portland Yacht Services building, looks to be a hit. Although director Keith Citrine's show promotion company became insolvent this year, he is optimistic that the show, formerly known as the Maine State Horticultural Show, has found a permanent home in the 150-year-old, 12-building complex. Fifteen thousand people are predicted to attend over the four days.
