    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Statewide" piece reporting that a group of state legislators has introduced the Riverfront Community Development Bond, a $25 million bond designed to boost cleanup and development efforts on rivers like the Penobscot and the Androscoggin. The bond would attempt to stimulate economic development in communities that border those rivers.
