    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Midcoast & Downeast" piece on Quoddy Bay LNG, which believes the Canadian government is jumping to conclusions over a proposed natural gas facility on Passamaquoddy Bay. Canada has threatened legal action to prevent the passage of LNG tankers through Head Harbour Passage en route to Passamaquoddy Bay, citing environmental and safety concerns. Donald Smith, president of Quoddy Bay LNG in Perry, said he believes the matter has been prejudged without an appropriate review process.
