Abstract

"Business Maine" piece on how Cianbro Corp. has unveiled a plan called "Access Atlantica" to create a more direct route between Maine and Canada. The plan calls for three privately-held road segments to make up a route that would begin near Calais and travel toward Dover-Foxcroft before ending in Coburn Gore, a distance of roughly 172 miles.
