Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on how, with the state's budget shortfall, members of the Legislature's Appropriations Committee are exploring ways to collect child support, tax debts, and fines and fees owed to the state. There will soon be a check of tax liabilities before Maine State Lottery checks are issued to winners.
