Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on issues a task force will study to help craft a new state energy strategy, including drilling for oil and gas in the Gulf of Maine. Existing data suggests deposits are not significant, and even if significant deposits are found, drilling is unlikely to start earlier than 2015.
