Abstract

"Focus on York County" piece on Kennebunkport skate park designers Tom and Sandy Noble, whose company SPC Construction does business as Who Skates? in collaboration with Sebago Technics and PM Construction. They took a hiatus from the industry after large playground companies entered the business in force, dwarfing independents like the Nobles. However, the Nobles are poised for a comeback based on quality, responsiveness, and an increase in demand by towns for well-done skate parks.
