Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on Maine's strong position in relation to national health care reform. Maine has already adopted many of the law's reforms, and Gov. John Baldacci's Health Reform Implementation Steering Committee will draw on agencies across the government to prepare the related changes in policy and law.
