Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on a request by an out-of-state auto lending company to install GPS devices in the vehicles it finances to help determine whether a loan contract is a good credit risk for the company. Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection Superintendent Will Lund said he could not find any authority of his office to block the use of the devices.
