"Capitol Update" piece on the task force created by Governor Paul LePage and led by Educational Commissioner Steve Bowen to recommend ways to expand opportunities for high school students to attend college and other post-secondary classes, to better promote the different educational options available, and to match skills taught by these programs with available unfilled jobs.
