Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on Gov. Paul LePage's ambitious proposal to reduce Maine's heating oil dependency in half by 2014. He believes this goal can be attained by increasing the usage of wood pellets for heating in rural areas and developing more natural gas pipelines for heating in urban areas.
