Abstract

"Focus Midcoast Region" piece on the April 27 reopening of Rockland's Samoset Resort for four-season operation after a $4 million upgrade. The upgrades include a new Italian restaurant, called La Bella Vita Ristorante; a full service spa; three new luxury guest cottages as well as room renovations; 21,000 square feet of updated meeting space; and a new nine-hole oceanfront disc golf course.
