Abstract

A review of the recent "TEDxDirigo Engage" event held at the University of Southern Maine points some of the strengths and weaknesses of the third conference presented by Maine's TEDxDirigo organization. The presenters, selected from a pool of 50 nominees, ranged from well-known figures as U.S. Rep. Chellie Pingree to less experienced speakers who received training as preparation for their presentations.
