Cyberattacks against businesses in general are on the rise, with a 2013 National Small Business Association survey finding that 44% of 845 businesses experienced a data breach. Sari Greene, the founder of Portland-based Sage Data Security, says that businesses need to adopt the concept of “cyber resiliency.” Article also looks at the costs associated with being hacked and who should pay for data breaches.
