Article looks at how many small businesses still struggle with the Affordable Care Act. Dr. Wendy Wolf, president and CEO of Maine Health Access Foundation, argues that the challenge of providing affordable insurance hits small businesses the hardest. She facilitated several forums to help this group understand the law and its requirements.
