Abstract

A Maine business delegation attended the Arctic Technology Conference Copenhagen in March 2015 to promote Maine’s capabilities to the other participants and attendees involved in the energy industry within the North Atlantic market. Maine companies are already providing products and services to the region, but with the Eimskip shipping line operating from Portland with shipping services through Eastern Canada, Iceland, and Northern Europe, it is speculated that services can be enhanced.
