MaineHealth is using two-way videoconferencing technology to enable member hospitals to access specialists who can provide 24-7 guidance in providing high-quality stroke care for patients in their communities. Examples of highly successful outcomes are given, as well as how telehealth technology can be used in other areas of health care. [images]
