Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) are required to offer health insurance coverage to full-time employees or may have to pay a penalty if they do not comply. Ellen McPherson, a compliance manager at Employee Benefits Solutions, guides employers in what forms they need to submit in order for ALEs to stay in compliance with this Affordable Care Act reporting requirement.
