Abstract
A list of Maine's largest alpine ski resorts, ranked by vertical drop, is presented. Also included are the number of beginner, intermediate, and expert trails; percent of terrain covered by snowmaking equipment; number of employees and number of ski passes sold in 2014-2015. Listed in descending order are Sugarloaf (Carrabassett Valley), Sunday River Resort (Newry), Shawnee Peak (Bridgton), Black Mountain of Maine (Rumford), Mt. Abram (Greenwood), Bigrock Mountain (Mars Hill), Camden Snow Bowl (Camden), Lonesome Pine Trails, Inc. (Fort Kent), and Titcomb Mountain (West Farmington).
