With the anticipated rollback of Maine’s net metering rules, those involved in developing solar energy projects in Maine are worried that the growth in the industry will be curtailed. The issues involved are detailed in the article. Maine ranks 34th in the nation for cumulative solar capacity and ranks last in New England in solar energy adoption. [images]
