Abstract
Mook Sea Farm is a oyster farm from the Damariscotta River. They are producing more oysters thanks to innovation that has lead to year round production and growth of the company. The article includes information about the Maine oyster industry which is branching out to include oyster farm tourism and is monitoring climate change and the way it impacts aquaculture.
