Abstract

Business leaders from banks and credit unions around the state talk about the coronavirus crisis and how it is impacting their employees and their customers. The pandemic caused a refinance craze, prompted many customers to seek temporary loan payment deferrals, and forced employees to learn how to work remotely. These banking leaders stress the importance of responding to the needs of their members and customers and communities.
