Abstract

Part of the Focus series "Opening Doors for Startups." New England Ocean Cluster of Portland is part management consultancy, part business incubator. The membership-based enterprise works with clients that are connected to the working waterfront and the marine industry. At press time, the NEOC was finalizing plans for a physical space on Portland's waterfront.
