Abstract

Brief piece about the final payment on the 285-acre business park on the Waterville-Oakland line known as FirstPark Commerce & Technology Center. The 20-year $3.5 million loan allowed 24 Maine municipalities to build the park which will, it is hoped, provide tax revenue and jobs.
