Abstract

Tilson, a Portland-based information technology company with 600 employees (170 of these in Maie) and 18 branch offices, has implemented a new, permanent work-from-home policy, although it plans to keep its Middle Street headquarters for those who prefer to work from an office. Tilson also plans to support working parents by partnering with Pumpspotting, an employee benefit platform. Tilson CEO Joshua Broder is a U.S. Army veteran who prioritizes hiring veterans and who was a Mainebiz Business Leader of the Year in 2018.
