Abstract

"this just in" piece on the third annual benefit of the Maine Writers and Publishers Alliance (MWPA), held Aug. 5 at the Camden home of bestselling author Tess Gerritsen. Maine writers including Richard Russo, Susan Minot, Heidi Julavits and others attended. The event marks the reinvigoration of MWPA after the departure of Sarah Cecil, former executive director.
