Abstract
A proposition for the "Ideas Issue" for the "Tell-Tale Project," which would bring together actors, oral historians, and community elders and create theatrical pieces for an archives from the elders' stories. Decades hence, an actor could pull a script and recite the words of a Mainer who could no longer tell his or her story. Such a project, called the "Wallpaper Project," was initiated in Ohio.
