"Fly Rod Jackie" Barton, a Master Maine Guide from Mexico, Maine, says the best part of being outdoors is eating really good food. Master Guide Lyle Cramer, of Westbrook, takes pride in planning menus for the tastes of his clientele, including vegetarians, diabetics, and gourmets. Sea Kayaking and Recreation Guide Bob Myron, of Durham, treats his clients to terrific meals and teaches outdoor cooking techniques.
