Abstract
A Maine Marvel- Margaret Stohl released the Life of Captain Marvel, comic book series that takes place in part in Harpswell and Portland. Before the Drip- Jackson Pollock's work Composition with Masked Forms has been added to the permanent collection at the Colby College Museum of Art. Big Red- A 25 pound lobster was caught off the coast of Phippsburg by Eric Wallace. Later that week, a 28 pound lobster was caught off Harpswell. Her City- The City of Hidden Figures by Freeport's Abigail Gray Swartz will highlight influential women through history. The initial exhibit features three Maine artists: Louise Nevelson, Mary Mitchell Gabriel, and Dahlov Ipcar.
