Abstract
The Soaring Tourist- sightings of the South American Great Black Hawk have been reported to Maine Audubon. Ghost Descending- The Time and Temperature building in Portland goes to auction with the minimum bid $2.75 million. Includes a story of a woman ghost supposedly in occupation there. Puffins on Ice- The Maine Mariner hockey team has chosen Beacon the Puffin as its mascot. Brain Freeze- The University of New England has joined a group of 200 educational organizations called the University of the Arctic. The group is studying the "New North". Swimming in the Deep- South Portland artist Andy Rosen's new deer sculpture is in water at the Ocean Gateway.
