Abstract
Descriptions of several unsolved missing-persons cases in Maine. On May 1, 1975, Judd Miller and Michael Percy disappeared from Miller's lobster boat off Tenants Harbor in clear weather. Their bodies were never recovered, and some witnesses have claimed to have seen Miller over the years. Francesca "Fran" Norton, 16, has been missing from Biddeford since August 21, 2003. While there's no doubt that she is a voluntary runaway, a nationwide effort has been mobilized to locate her and bring her home. The case of Cathy Marie Moulton, who vanished as a 16-year-old Deering High School student in 1971, also remains active. Margaret Tevanian, a 65-year-old wife and mother, disappeared in 1996 from Portland. Neither family members nor neighbors have any idea how, why, or even exactly when Tevanian disappeared.
