Abstract
Bruce King of Hodgdon's Yachts in East Boothbay attended a ceremony in Monaco, where he received the "Showboats International" design award for the best new boat under 38 meters. The opulent, contemporary J-sloop, "Antonisa," was designed and built for Pasquale Natuzzi, owner of Natuzzi, the "largest residential leather-upholstered furniture" manufacturer in the world. The boat is considered a modern classic, with long overhangs, a flush deck, and signature elliptical skylights. Hogdon's Yachts is near where Bath Iron Works created the world famous J-sloop, "Ranger." With details on both boats.
