Abstract
The state has reached an agreement with Greene Acres Manor in Greene under which the state will pay $300,000 to close the nursing home, which houses 59 patients with psychiatric problems. The home has repeatedly been cited for violations, and last month resident Robin Clukey sued the state in U.S. District Court because officials had done nothing to correct the problems. Details.
