Abstract

Firstmark Corp., a Waterville brokerage house, plans to enter the Portland market by acquiring Prime Securities Corp. of Portland. Under the merger, a new subsidiary, Firstmark Prime Corp., will be formed. Firstmark Prime will be headed by Robert Rice, who is now president of Prime Securities.
