Abstract

The Maine Supreme Judicial Court on Monday upheld the kidnap and murder convictions of David Cumming of Sangerville, who abducted his ex-wife and ran her down with her own car in 1990. Cumming had claimed that Vickie Cumming's death was a tragic accident.
