Abstract

A federal jury in New York has awarded Imagineering, a Rockland furniture maker, a $4.8 million judgment after deciding that Van Klassens of Knoxville, Tenn., was copying designs and producing cheaper knock-offs. Imagineering, owned by Victoria Howe, has annual sales of around $2 million.
