Abstract

Cindy Blodgett of Lawrence High School and Sandi Carver of Jonesport-Beals, considered to be two of Maine's finest schoolgirl basketball players in years, have both indicated they will be suiting up for the University of Maine at Orono next year. Blodgett led Lawrence to three straight Class A basketball titles, while Carver was the Maine Sunday Telegram's Female Athlete of the Year. Details, related article.
