Abstract

A hearing officer has recommended that the state Bureau of Liquor Enforcement should uphold Portland's decision to deny a liquor license to the Seamen's Club. The restaurant has until December 3 to file objections to the decision, and if the state upholds the denial the restaurant can appeal to the Superior Court within 30 days.
