Abstract

James A. Bennett, the Old Orchard Beach town manager, plans to hold two informal neighborhood meetings next month in an attempt to determine what residents would like to see done in their neighborhoods. Bennett has been toying with the idea of establishing neighboor advisory committees but doesn't know what the level of interest might be.
