Abstract

Neal Workman, owner of Seafax Inc. of Portland, an eight-year-old company that has prospered collecting debts and issuing credit reports for the seafood industry, plans to compile a three-volume business directory under a new business called Food One Publishing. The volumes will focus on the seafood, meat and poultry industry and on import-export businesses and will be available as early as next spring. Workman hopes to market the directories in printed form, on compact disc and probably on computer disc. Details.
